  I live in a rural area between this store and a Major London Ontario store. I have always gave this store my priority just to " keep it local" and have spent between $1000 and $2000 monthly at this store. I went in on Sunday and purchased a lawn tractor tire tube. I bought the lawn tractor at this store 2 years ago. The tube was defective. I put a sealing product in the tire which I also purchased from this store. I then went back and asked for a shot of air as my small compressor would not seal the tire to the rim. I was flat out refused. Pun intended. I offered to pay for the air and was denied again. "We don't work on tractor tires" I was told. I had this tire in a garbage bag in a shopping cart where you put your children to sit. It's an 18" tire. All I asked for was a shot of air. If head office or management would like to review tapes to verify this it was about 11:55 AM on Sunday July 16. I will return to this store to bring back my defective tube then never return again Too bad for a small town this store does not want to be customer friendly
